It is known as a shamanic power animal that brings information from other spiritual worlds. Jewels of the air. In 2013 he came to me as part of a shamanic soul retrieval and brought back to me the soul part 'essence' that had probably got lost in the turbulent waves of my life. Interestingly, the soul part was hidden deep in a flower that grew in an old abandoned garden. To my surprise, I discovered the garden very close to where I was living at the time, in a small town in the south of France. Aha, so that's how spirit works. It's exciting to recognise it in everyday life. This magician of the air is also called: Flower Woodpecker, Flower Kisser, Hummingbird, Star Fairy, Brilliant, Angel of the Sun.
Colibris are messengers of the new world, bringers of light, they bring the medicine of joy and love of life, they open the eyes to the treasures of the heart, to abundance and beauty and the splendour of creation. It helps to transform the innermost into a place of harmony. There is a colibri drawing in the desert of Nazca, Peru, which can only be seen from a bird's eye view. It's about discovering your own heart rhythm, raising your heart frequency so that you recognise the state of the other person's soul, stop judging and evaluating. Compassion is the key. Freedom and love are the precursors. Lightness, flexibility, fun and joy are an expression of this heart connection that playfully rediscovers the fullness of life that permanently surrounds us. Lust for life does not come from "more equals more", but rather when we take in the full nectar from a single blossom.
The shamans used feathers from the colibris for incense when it came to love rituals or to retrieve lost soul parts. The Mayans believed that hummingbirds represented a new world order and were messengers of hope and light.
I would like to add that the colibri is an image, a symbol that opens up a space of consciousness. If one remains with a purely mental contemplation, the depth and mystery that is fundamentally there does not open up. A symbol is a field of compressed information that unfolds in multiple and multidimensional ways, e.g. to the extent that one directs one's energy and attention into it. When you start to see and realise these principles, you feel: wow, full of magic, I didn't see it at first.
And that brings us full circle back to me, because that is exactly why I am here in the Flower of
Life. Both for the wisdom of the heart and the clarity of mind and consciousness. These are primordial feminine and masculine principles that have reunited in harmony within me. It is a shared dance that brings the richness of life and keeps you on your souls path of growth and expansion. Welcome to the garden of the rose and the colibris.
